York Survives Crete in Double OT Thriller
York defeated Crete 69-67 in double-overtime on Thursday to advance to the state semis.

LINCOLN – The most exciting basketball game of the entire state tournament may have already been played, with the top seed surviving a big scare.

Top-seeded York is heading to the state semifinals after defeating Crete 69-67 in double overtime thanks to a three-pointer by Reid Hoffman with under 10 seconds to play.

The Dukes will face Bennington at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Friday at 2 PM.
