Johnson-Brock Beats Winnebago, Sets-Up Showdown with East Butler

JOHNSON, Neb. – Johnson-Brock junior running back Dylan Rowe compiled 236 rushing yards and four touchdowns in the Eagles’ 64-28 win over Winnebago Friday night at Johnson-Brock High School.

Sophomore receiver Ty Hahn caught four passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns. Senior Ben Bohling had 17 tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss.

Eagles Head Coach Mitch Roberts said they played another well-rounded game this week.

“We were able to establish the run game and made some big plays on offense. Our defense played a great second half and caused a few turnovers. We have some things to clean up this week, but our guys are focused and ready for another challenge on Friday vs. East Butler.”

Johnson-Brock will be on the road for the first time Friday when they travel to play Class D1 #8 East Butler (1-1). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and will air on KNCY 1600 AM, 105.5 FM and ncn21.com.
