Fairbury Continues Impressive Start with Huge Win Over Syracuse

SYRACUSE – The highly anticipated 2017 Fairbury Jeff season has looked very impressive through two weeks.

The Jeffs had no troubles with Syracuse in their 48-6 victory.

Adam Wasserman had a huge day on the gridiron. The senior quarterback finished with 256 total yards and five total touchdowns. Two of those touchdowns went to Cayman DeBoer, who finished with 127 yards receiving.

Jacob Johnson continued his big start to 2017. He finished with 210 total yards and two touchdowns. One of those touchdowns was a 70 yard fumble recovery for a score.

Fairbury (2-0) takes on Falls City at home next week. That matchup will be live on Ol Red 99-5.

Syracuse drops to 0-2 and heads to Bishop Neumann next week.
