Woodland Park Man Faces Motor Vehicle Homicide Charges

STANTON – Charges have been field related to a fatal Stanton County Accident.

Stanton County Sheriff Mike Unger says 19-year old Blake Baldwin has been charged with misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide.

Unger says Baldwin was driving an SUV northbound on 560th Avenue about three miles east of Norfolk the evening of April 30th, when he lost control, rolling the vehicle several times.

19-year old Beau Kellogg was killed in the crash.

Baldwin also faces minor in possession of alcohol charges, as does another passenger in the crash, Kaleb Eatherton.

They’ll both make their first appearance in court on June 13th.
