SUNRISE, AZ – A Central City fugitive was arrested in Arizona after he shoplifted from a Target, says the Daily News-Sun.
Gregory Spotanski, 38, was arrested by authorities after he shoplifted a GPS Garmin, and they found he was a fugitive of justice from the state of Nebraska, according to a Daily-News Sun report on April 13th. The Daily-News Sun reports that Spotanski will be extradited back to Nebraska.
Authorities in Merrick County have been looking for Spotanski since November of 2017.
Court records say Spotanski was found guilty of attempting a class 2a felony, after law enforcement found a stolen camper and a stolen skid-steer at his residence in mid-2016. Spotanski was sentenced to probation in the case, according to court records.
