State Patrol Participating in Seat Belt Awareness

COLUMBUS – The Nebraska State Patrol will be participating in a seatbelt awareness on May 21st from Highway 81 to 91.

The awareness will involve a heavy seat belt enforcement, that will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, May 21st. The Columbus troopers will be along Highway 81, from the Platte River, to Highway 91, says Trooper Trinity Jones.

The campaign is called the Border to Border National campaign, and will kick off the “Click it or Ticket” Campaign that will run through the Memorial Day Weekend.
