Sentencing in Wymore Church Theft Case, Postponed Again

BEATRICE -Sentencing for a woman convicted of stealing from the Wymore Church of Christ, has been rescheduled again.   Angela Lenk has been convicted of two counts of theft.

Gage County District Judge Rick Schreiner Wednesday appeared frustrated with the time it has taken for Lenk to comply with a pre-sentence investigation.  Schreiner said Lenk has made the sentencing process difficult by refusing to comply with orders.  The judge said he had finally received a pre-sentence investigation report that he’s had little time to review.
