Beatrice–Three of the seven candidates running for a seat on the Beatrice School Board participated Tuesday night in a candidate forum sponsored by the Beatrice Area Chamber of Commerce. Topics during the forum included school funding, the need for a new school and the importance of Pre-school education.
Those attending last nights forum were current school board member Doris Martin, and candidates Eric Book and Monte Lofing.
