COLUMBUS – Police are searching for a Columbus woman who was found guilty in a meth case that stems from an incident back in October of 2015.

Police are searching for 33-year-old Adrienne Williams who failed to appear in court after being found guilty of attempt of a class 4 felony, according to CPD. Court records say Williams was found guilty of the charge after an incident back in October of 2015, where a Nebraska State Trooper found Williams and another suspect at Lake Babcock in a reported suspicious vehicle.

At the scene, the trooper found pipes with burnt meth residue in Williams’ purse, as well as a syringe with meth inside it, in the vehicle that she was sitting in. Williams admitted to the trooper that she had just shot up the meth into her foot a short time before the trooper arrived, according to court records.

If you have any information about where Williams may be, CPD encourage you to contact Platte County Crimestoppers at (402) 563-4000 or Columbus Police at (402) 564-3201.
