Norfolk Man Arrested on Weapons Charges After Disturbance

NORFOLK – A Norfolk man is facing felony charges after a disturbance on Monday.

Norfolk Police Capt. Michael Bauer says 25-year old Davion Seizys of Norfolk was arrested Monday evening. Police were called to a disturbance at a residence on the 300-block of S. 5th Street just after 8:30 p.m. Monday.

When police arrived, the victim was outside and informed police that Seizys had a gun. Officers approached Seizys and ordered him to the ground. He complied and was arrested.

Police say they found a loaded 9 mm gun near where Seizys was standing as well as a small kitchen knife.

Seizys was arrested for terroristic threat and felony weapons charges. He’s currently housed in the Madison County Jail.
