COLUMBUS – A Nebraska man is facing serious charges following an incident that occurred in Columbus on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Platte County Sheriff’s report, Bellwood resident Neal Hall was arrested for terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony on Thursday. The report says that officers were dispatched at 4:47 p.m. to respond to the scene, which was at 3235 47th Street in Columbus.
3235 47th Street is the address for the Columbus Bank of the Valley. When reached for comment, bank employees were unable to speak on the specifics of the incident.
Platte County Sheriff Ed Wemhoff says that the incident is currently under investigation, and more details will be made available in a press release at a later time.
