Man Arrested For Terroristic Threats, Resisting Arrest

CENTRAL CITY – A local man was taken into custody for several charges, including terroristic threats, over the weekend.

The Merrick County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Samuel Hardesty, of Saint Libory, on Saturday for several charges. MCSO says they were call to the 400 block of Ormsby Road for a report of a physical disturbance.

Hardesty was jailed for felony terroristic threats, 3rd degree assault, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace, says the sheriff’s office.
