Man Arrested for Driving With Dead Man’s Drivers License

NORFOLK – A Norfolk man is being accused of using a dead man’s drivers license as his own.

Norfolk Police Capt. Michael Bauer says 21-year old Gregorio Seda was arrested on Sunday. Bauer says Seda was pulled over just before 7:30 p.m. Sunday for driving without headlights. The officer noticed that the picture on the license didn’t appear to match Seda, and a check of the license showed that it actually belonged to a man who is deceased.

Bauer says when the officer confronted Seda about it, he indentified himself, and a check of his license showed that it was suspended.

Seda was arrested for driving under suspension and criminal impersonation. He’s currently housed in the Madison County Jail.
