Kansas Bureau of Investigation warrant served at Marshall County Clerk’s office Thursday

MARYSVILLE, KS – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation served several search warrants in Marysville on Thursday morning – one of which was served at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office.

The search warrants are related to an ongoing criminal investigation into alleged conduct by an employee of the Marshall County Clerk’s Office.

If the investigation leads to an arrest, or if there are charges filed, additional information will be released, according to KBI spokesperson Melissa Underwood.

The Marysville Advocate reported seeing agents outside the home of Marshall County Clerk Sonya Stohs.
