Hot Club Of Cowtown Performs Tuesday Night In Fairbury

The Fairbury Concert Association continued their concert series Tuesday night with the Western swing group the Hot Club of Cowtown.   The trio from Austin Texas gave an unforgettable live show at the Burkley Fine Arts Center in Fairbury.    The group is just about to wrap up their High Plains Tour at the end of March which has toured 10 states across the central parts of the nation.

Rose Wiegert, member of the Fairbury Concert association said that it was well attended, “Wonderful show.  Audience pleaser.”

This is the 37th season for the Fairbury Community Concert Association.  Over the years the organization has offered quality, live performances to the people of southeastern Nebraska and northeastern Kansas.

There are still two shows left for this season.   On April 16th is Scarborough Fair which is a Simon and Garfunkel Experience, and a Barry Manilow Tribute show on May 4th.
