De-Railed Train Blocking Columbus Traffic

COLUMBUS- A de-railed train is causing some traffic issues in Columbus.

A train, which derailed just east of the 33rd Avenue viaduct, is blocking train crossings all the way into rural portions of east Columbus.

Traffic is mainly congested into the 33rd Avenue viaduct which is causing slow downs and bumper to bumper traffic for those crossing the tracks, at that location.

UPDATE: Crews have detached the portion of the train that was de-railed and have moved the cars blocking traffic crossings.
