David City Subway Offering One-Quarter of Sunday Proceeds to Paralyzed David City Administrator

DAVID CITY, Neb. – As the assistant principal of David City High School continues to recover, a local business is stepping in to help pay for medical expenses.

The David City Subway restaurant, located on 404 E St., is offering 25 percent of its Sunday proceeds to benefit Chad Fuller.

Fuller has been paralyzed from the shoulders down since breaking his neck last month on a slip & slide in St. Paul, Neb.

He has moved around hospitals during his recovery and is currently at Madonna Rehabilitation in Lincoln.

A softball tournament in Syracuse is being held later this month.

Fuller taught and coached wrestling in Syracuse before going to David City in 2014.
