Criminal Mischiefs Results in $2,500 in Damage

COLUMBUS – Columbus Police say two criminal mischief incidents, resulted in roughly $2,500 in damage to local property.

The first incident was reported on the 2400 block of 33rd Avenue at 9:59 a.m. on Monday, after a beer was thrown through a business window, says CPD Captain Todd Thalken. The damage was estimated at $1,000.

The second incident was reported at 3:19 p.m. on Monday, after a vehicle’s window had been broken, and the truck was forced open. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and the incident took place on the 800 block of 33rd Avenue.
