Community Activity Center To Offer Self Defense Course For Women

WAYNE – The Wayne Community Activity Center is offering a free class that will teach women the art of self defense.

Exclusively for women, this class aims to help develop and enhance the options of self defense. The class also works to empower women through education, self-dependence, decision making and self realization of strength.

The class is free of any charge, and once you complete the program you can attend any R.A.D. basic self defense program in the United States free of charge.

The teacher for the course will be Brandon Ziska with Wayne State College Campus Security, and sign up is available at the front desk of the community activity center.

The class will be held on November 12 and 19, as well as December 3 and 10 in the community room at the Wayne Community Activity Center from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
