COLUMBUS – A Columbus man is set to be arraigned on Tuesday, after he was arrested for selling pot to an informant.
Columbus Police state in an affidavit, Chasin Renteria, 34, was arrested in mid-September for selling marijauna to an informant.
Court records say, the transaction was set up on Facebook through, Nicole Penfield, 23, who is set to be arraigned on felony pot delivery and aiding and abetting a felony, the same day as Renteria’s arraignment.
Renteria is charged with the class 2A felony, and will be arranged at 10 a.m. on November 7th. Penfield’s arraignment is scheduled for the same time.
