Armory Field and Sewer Rehab Projects Approved

At the latest Columbus City council meeting, the council met in front of a packed room and discussed a number of differing things.

The Council approved a quote from NoSwett Fencing & Decks in the amount of $10,320 to remove and replace backstop at Armory Field in Berne Square. This is the field where the Columbus Mariners play.

The Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of 2017 was also discussed, and the estimated cost will be roughly $350,000. The plans and specifications for this project are on file in the city engineering department.

The Columbus City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month.
