5 Car Break-Ins Reported in Duncan Friday Morning

DUNCAN, Neb. – A series of car break-ins were reported in Duncan on Friday.

According to the Platte County Sheriff’s Office, five break-ins occurred sometime over Thursday night and Friday morning in Duncan.

The theft victims reported a total of $60 of change stolen, two radios, a purse, $30 worth of hunting knives, and most notably, a $900 cross-bow.

It is unknown how the criminals entered the vehicles.

The thefts come during the same week that the Butler County Sheriffs Office reported a series of vehicle break-ins in David City.
