The Nebraska volleyball team slipped two spots to No. 3 in the latest AVCA Top 25 poll released Monday.

The Huskers, who saw a 28-match winning steak snapped by Ohio State on Saturday, received three first-place votes. Minnesota — with 61 first-place votes — took over the top spot, while Wisconsin came in at No. 2. Other Big Ten teams in the poll — there were nine in all — are Ohio State (14th), Penn State (15th), Purdue (17th), Michigan State (21st), Michigan (23rd) and Illinois (24th).

With the fall to third, the defending champion Huskers (12-1) are not ranked No. 1 for the first time this season.
